When was the last time if ever?

There is an old saying that” You can only beat what’s put in front of you” Since losing a goal against Crusaders in the 25th minute we have gone 515 minutes without conceding another. When was the last time we did that. Yes I know the opposition wasn’t top notch but you only need to look at Kilmarnock in Europe and the quality of that opposition. So well done to our defence and the team in general.

Ironically the defence had a spell today where it was really shaky...never mind the fact we should have been 1-0 down when Dunne lost his man but Gilliespie made an excellent save during their spell of pressure before half-time.

I think our clean sheet run is much more with us playing dross than our own strengths...and while Donnelly is showing some promise, he will have a steep learning curve come the league business if we persist with him as a six.
