    Burton 2 v Derby 5

Was otherwise engaged but sounds encouraging or does no one on here talk about football anymore?
    Anyone go?

RA I went ok going forward ,our defending was really poor better would have buried us Its not so much the centre (started with Evans and Keogh) it's the full backs Bogle and Malone AWOL a lot of the time being dragged out of position to much for my liking We were a bit fortunate that Bywater had a mare We played similar to last season But in the break, played some nice stuff Hopefully get a few more loans in next week . We need a keeper too priority ,centre back, another midfield ,maybe a striker because doesn't look like Marriott can put a run of games together a shame but always something wrong with him

If Jacks not careful he'll be getting the sick-note tag. Also it's time for Thorne to wave goodbye, injury after injury!

    Thanks mista, no change then.

Don’t get the Marriott thing. Think he played forty odd matches the season before he joined us but he does seem to have become a ‘sick note’ since.
Agree with MoP about Thorne, fine player when fit but he never is...time’s up.

Watched it on #RamsTV. Great going forward. Some of the quick 1 and 2 touch interchanges were sweet. Could have had 7 or 8 in all honesty.

Where it beaks down is, indeed, the full backs. They are constantly in attacking positions leaving us with a back 2 and vulnerable. If we attck down the right then it's OK for Bogle to join in. Malone should then stay back to form a back 3 with the 2 central defenders. Go down the left then Malone attacks and Bogle stays back. Simple footballing sense.

MA The positional play of both full backs is really poor Don't like to be to harsh but Bogle to blame for an awful lot of goals we conceded towards the end of the season. That's probably why nobody seems to want to take a gamble on him Great at attacking but his job is to defend Thought Zoon did ok yesterday never thought I'd say that Strongly rumoured Huddersfield have offered £10million for Marriott , wonder if Mel will cash in on him

I rate Jack so I'd say no, but if we're not playing him on a regular basis he has to go!

I rate his ability very highly...not so keen on his fitness.

Wouldn’t like to see him go to Championship rivals and why would he go to Huddersfield - smaller club, smaller crowds - except for another pay day?

These players who play for so many clubs in a short time are a bit of a worry...shame, I thought we’d unearthed a bit of a gem ten or eleven months ago. Still like it to work out that way.

I wasn't keen on McGraths fitness but when you're good you're good and Jacks good.Would love to know why he's not
    being played though!
