    No compensation for Cadden?

The BBC is reporting that we are in talks with the MLS and Columbus Crew over development compensation for Chris Cadden. It seems that the Ohio side, in common with the others in the MLS, might be able to avoid the fee.

If true as reported for some time, the MLS side have pre-arranged loaning Cadden to Oxford, who would have been on the hook for a fee had he gone straight to them then there seems to be a suggestion of collusion between these 2 clubs to circumvent the compensation fee due Motherwell.
This should be stopped & the loophole closed or we will see this scheme becoming used again.
SFA & FIFA need to get involved before allowing registration to be transferred.

Interesting coverage in 'The Herald' sports section today. It makes all the stuff about 'fair play' ring very hollow.
