    Who's buying Notts?

We all assume it's the Danes, but what if it isn't?

Conceivably the South Africans could have played a blinder to get the price down?

I also know local businessmen and life long Notts Fans have been involved at various points.

I for one am not assuming it's the Danes.

Whoever it is must have some kind of angle or require a visit to Highbury hospital.

Didn't Scoop say that the Danes have met with the NL chairman twice? If so, we can assume that they are the only party involved at this late stage. I can't see the SAs coming back after the statement they released - unless we go into admin, of course.

So we'll find out Wednesday? According to Hardy. I'm not convinced when it comes from him.

Did the SA release a statement that they'd pulled out? I missed that one somehow.

Is it a boring day for you, JT? Nothing better to do than poke a stick into a wasps' nest?

No, but Leigh Curtis seemed to know a lot about it

    This, probably like many others.

I’ll be more surprised if the deal is completed. Fingers crossed.

I seem to remember a letter being mentioned, saying that they had pulled out due to Hardy choosing another consortium (i.e. the Danes).

He's not the only one, by a long chalk!
You will be busy , Sid, if you are going to "reprimand" them all.

The significant development comes after a South African consortium, which was fronted by Terry Pritchard of Charter HCP, wrote to Hardy, informing him of their decision to withdraw from the process.

It's the Danes or no-one now, but everything seems business as normal and there are no signs of panic. Maybe Hardy reduced the price and there was a compromise. Or maybe the purchase price isn't the most important factor to the Danes.

Maybe they used their advanced analysis techniques to work out the club which was best positioned to rise to a higher level in the future. After all, it's not like were Mansfield, is it? Owning a team from a closed down pit village doesn't give you much credibility.
