    The whole club feels flat

OK, we fell just short last time, but a few months back, all the sounds coming from ER, that all knew what was needed to go one better this time around - but as things stand, there appears to be no energy , spark or real drive coming from the top.
MB is his quiet, reserved self, & Rads / Orta, not exactly busting with pre-season passion & optimism - cash may be tight, transfers difficult to nail down, etc, etc, but surely the life & energy of the club, must start with those guys.

Really can't fathom it out, when bielsa himself stated that last season's team will not be able to do what they did again, and yet here we are less than two weeks to Kick off and we have sold our best player, got one young understudy in, and got one class loanee (Costa), we are weaker than last season and already have injuries roofe, forshaw, ayling, Roberts, bogutz.......wonderful!

I was thinking the same thing Bathlad, There never seems to be any news on any transfers which might be a good thing that we are keeping it close to our chests.

Felt the same way this time last year and looked what happened. Just think we are light upfront as Bamford hardly has been pulling up trees preseason. Hope he can get some confidence from somewhere.

That statement has brightened up my day LUM.

Well this says it all and i'm already thinking of next season.

Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to voice their concerns after a Phil Hay update left supporters reeling.

The journalist hinted that Leeds’ transfer business could be done,

As it stands it is absutely scandalous. If we sign 1 or 2 late on it is crap organisation. The pre season has been biizarrely ridiculous.
I am seriously unhappy and cannot undsrstand what the fcuk is going on.
I can only conclude that the owmer is milking the club/fans. If he isnt then he should come out and give an explanation as to why we are doing nothing in prep for the new season

We had the element of surprise last season, (well for most of the season), but we certainly won't have it any more.
