Install a ceiling fan in your bedroom. The gentle humming of the blades makes you slowly drift off to sleep while also keeping you cool. I can say ours has worked well for years and tonight it will be in use again.

There is a spray you can use which cools you down and it works, the rash caused by the chemicals subsides after only a few weeks

Keep your feet cold.
Take the bowl upstairs, put it Infront of the toilet pan. Fill with cold water.
Every couple of hours when you take the mandatory old man piss. Stand in the bowl. Pee away. Dry feet. Back to sleep
