    Manifest

I've just watched the first episode of this new programme that's started on Sky1 about a plane that takes off but lands 5 years later and non of the passengers or crew have aged, all episodes are now available to watch and I wondered if anyone else had seen it and are future episodes as good as the *pilot?

    * That's the pilot show not the bloke that flies the plane

In Kings novel, hes a horror writer, the plane takes off, then the world is destroyed, but not the plane. It lands and has to take off to avoid getting destroyed, it only has time to refuel, over and over. I think it escapes in the end. I read all of Kings stuff in my twenties or whenever, now its just silly.

I hardly read anymore, ive read it all. I read a few pages and know whats coming.

It's not the same story then Frank but it might be your cup of tea so give it a view, you can catchup on Sky1 and it's a lot better than Game Of Thornes

Tbf I haven't got past episode one yet as there seems to be an influx of other programs to watchi ncluding the fabulous Gone Fishing with Paul Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer,it was both lovely and sad to hear them talk about their fathers passing away,I genuinely wanted to give them a hug, don't take any notice of the "Fishing" as that's purely in the background, series one is available on catch-up and recommend

Watched the first episode, it will be interesting which way the writer takes it. Forseeing the future i mean. The beastie is yet to arise. The usual routine is for the girl to save the world etc.
