I guess the problem has more to do with the fact that he will play for DCU after the respective windows have closed, and so cannot play for another club until the next one reopens, as opposed to when the MLS season ends
... Unless DCU scrap his contract making him a free agent but that would cost them the transfer fee.

    Jeez...so bloomin’ complicated.
Remember when we lost on Saturday, were linked with someone on Tuesday and they slotted in seamlessly to revita- lise the side four days later? Think Saunders, Stimac and Wanchope et al. Happy daze.

I think this is great news for dcfc as a club
Its not all about his playing ability but the profile of Derby has gone through the roof with this one

I think the appointment of Frank lampard taught Mel Morris a massive amount about selling the club to players and sponsors and tv alike

With respect to some of the managers we have had before they didn't have that same pull as Lampard & Cocu

    Happy days

It won't be long before we have someone like Abramovich buying in!

Lets be honest here this is a massive PR stunt by Morris

He's only doing it to get the clubs reputation up world wide, pimping us out to all kinds ffs

Bring back Nigel Clough imo, at least it was Derby County back then, not the granny globetrotters

Can understand some level of reservation but let’s be honest...most people will favour eddy’s optimism over your incessant moaning.
Just hope we don’t become...’Wayne Rooney’s Derby County’.
