Thread: The Powers that be at BFC

The Palace are located in London Alto, the Smoke (down sarf) is a bit more appealing for Johnny Foreigner than Burnley (up north), that's why you probably live there and not Nelson?

Actually when you drive down Centenary Way with Tesco on your right and the Bus Station ahead, on one of those rare sunny days, even the town centre looks quite attractive from that viewpoint. I've been in many town centres as bad, or worse than Burnley, and the usual ****wits apart, you'll struggle to find better people.

Don't tell your porkies, you just missed it, too busy fantasising over female Labour politicians. Anyway who's your pin up girl now, has the luscious Dianne replaced Becky, who incidentally is scrubbing up better these days, or do you have a secret lust for Jo, you can be honest. I won't tell 59.

Not at all BT, I lived on Towneley Street off Briercliffe Road and moved to London for work and nothing else, I didn't like it when I arrived 40 years ago and still don't, its over rated, once you have done Oxford Street, all the parks and places of interest its just the same as any other place, except down here its a rat race, I miss the easy pace of Burnley with as someone said above people who have time and want to take that time to talk and mingle, visiting London can be a good experience, actually living here is totally different.

JC, Diane and Rebecca are hitting Bolton today, I'm meeting all three. Got to be honest, I really am rather fond of Becky, she reminds me a lot of my daughter. I stopped fantasising over females many moons ago sinkov, I prefer their politics to their physical attributes.

Not sure about their politics BT, the esteem in which our politicians are held has never been lower, the number of female politicians has never been higher. Of course this could be purely co-incidental. A certain female party leader seems to think that an all female Cabinet is the answer to our problems, more likely it's politicians with such a moronic mindset that are the cause of our problems.
