    Starting XI

Now that the dust has settled a bit, would anyone be brave enough to predict our best starting XI when everyone is available?

Maybe Livermore for Perreira or Edwards if we go more solid at the back

Goodness only knows what our best starting X1 is but it will be very interesting to see it develop.

Surely a place for Brunt with all this pace around him.

Would love to see “The Wand” weaving his magic.

    Evening Homeleigh 😉

Think it has been a great window for us but my slight concerns are that we seem unbalanced. We are well stocked with wide men, maybe too many, but still light on central defenders and even midfielders. We also seem very reliant upon Charlie Austin and it is no good having wide men supply crosses if there is no one there.

Still can’t believe how today has unfolded but reality starting to set in and probably looking to find faults as I can’t believe how good the signings seem. Will some of the signings even see the first team except in the likes of the Carabao Cup?

£4M for Mr Austin seems a lot for him...all things considered......

My choice would be a 4-4-2

    Johnstone
    Ferguson
    Ajayi
    Hegazi
    Gibbs
    Diangana
    Krovinovic
    Sawyers
    Harper
    Austin
    Periera

Periera for Harper and Zohore for Peirara. Not a bad call though.
