    Missing the midweek?

The only thing I hate about the premier league is the vast empty week between games... You have so long to think about the defeat of last week! The Championship fixture congestion meant that if we lost on Saturday, we had the chance to rectify the situation on Tuesday! I'm getting really antsy waiting for the next game. Does anyone else miss the midweek madness?

I know what you mean. It's also like when we went on our 10 game winning streak. Our season changed in a month. I still can't get my head around how on earth we got promoted when not so long ago we were down and out and getting ridiculed by our noisy neighbours. Baggyblood has gone a bit quiet recently.

So yeah I miss the games but I really don't miss anything else about it.

Its all about the Champions League, once that gets going the top 4 have almost 3 games a week while us minions have just 2 sometimes 1. Add to the fact when teams like Arsenal qualify for the CL, there players moan about too much football. We dont count, honest, i was saying to my bitter baggy at work today how much i also miss the midweek games.
At least our players cannot say they are tired, bored stupid more like!
