    Being monitored in training today
    I think it's important to get players in asap to give them a full pre season

    I agree with you, this regime likes to buy late to save on wages, false economy. But the Saint did have a full pre season with Nice, he was even playing in friendlies.

    Agree on pre-season front.

    Luckily most of our signings had this even if with their old clubs.

    Sounds to me like poor warm up/cooldown process with this. Most hammy problems are, speaking as a multiple serial sufferer.

    Since a physio friend showed me the correct warm up stretches I have never had another problem since.

    I've heard that as well.

    Hopefully with ASM it's nothing to bad and he's back for hte next game.
