    Cambridge takeover.

The current owner is bidding to buy the remaining shares, and become sole owner. He has said that he will guarantee our losses for the next five years, as a minimum. And that we cant keep having a whip round of the fans and directors to keep this club going.
Peterboro Luton, and Brentford have spent millions this year, posh 13 mill, Luton 9, Brentford loads.

Relying on gate income is a thing of the past, Barry is chairman of a travel company, or companies in the US, and im sure his mates are in on it too.

Cambridge is booming, the City is lovely, and a new ground and training ground are being planned.

    Whats not to like?

Having said that Barry has said that any new owners, there was more than him competing, must buy into the culture of the club. The culture of the club is to fail on the pitch, and flirt with closure, bad choice of words there.

I presume money wont be a problem. Or is it. Life is rarely simple, at least we wont be bust in five years time.

    General Ignacio Florentine Basra Viollette.

I care Kel,it's important that Frank posts his views on Cambridge Utd on here and as he's the only Utd fan on that's bothered to visit he has more right than any of us to post here,if he didn't put his views on here the forum would die as he's the only regular contributor, once he gets fed up here it will be a sad day

Btw, the badge arrived yesterday and my lad has put it on his school bag. He was delighted with it. Thanks again.
