Decent performance today. We looked like a team and there's not many times that has been true in recent times. Should really have won 2 or 3-1 at least, but a draw isn't a bad result at this stage against one of the contenders. We were struggling for fitness in the last 20 minutes and I think that was a factor in their goal with Booty's lazy effort to stop Barnum-Bobb, but otherwise he had a good game and created Dennis' goal. Every point we gather at this stage is a plus, given the summer we've had.

At least we were making the chances. Just the taking bit to polish up.

Thanks for posting the videos Gumpy. You do it every week and I always watch them, you don't have to do it but do it anyway.

He's had plenty of stick but today Ardley deserves some credit. Saw the team and thought he'd gone negative and we'd lose but we played well, created enough chances to win, defence looked composed and solid and just looked like a team on the up.
We're starting to get some competition for places now, not just a squad of dross.
It's early days but I'd back this team to beat last year's team, if only because they've got more spirit about them.

Definitely sounds like we actually have a football team at last. Onwards and upwards, hopefully.
