Not a bad end of days play with us on 156 for 3, Denly going for 50, Stokes in on 2 and Root holding the fort at 75.

We need another 203 runs to win, its not impossible if we take more care and attention and have a bit of luck.

Well, alto, I said that it would be a good game to win, however, I never for one minute thought that we would.
As you said, with a little bit of luck, which we had in the last couple of overs, its not impossible, mind you, who expected it to go as it did?
I know that you don't rate Stokes, however, his performance with the ball when Archer went off injured was terrific and you just can't fault his batting performance in the second innings. What a game and yet more proof that you can play all the one day cricket you want but there is nothing to match a great Test Match and we have just witnessed one!

Will it prove a good omen for the Clarets --we are due something at Wolves!!

Just about the best Test Match innings I have ever watched. Incredible stuff from Stokes. How will he ever be able to beat that?

Absolutely incredible piece of sporting history that and Stokes a legend - after he ran is partner in crime out ( Butler ).

He decided there are then it’s down to me, genius cricket composed measured , just chipped away at the total got himself back on point and smashed them out of the ground while the Aussies started to panic.

Should mention Leach as well because he helped without scoring the runs
