    O/T Finally

UEFA have decided enough is enough and taken action against one of the erse cheeks for their bigoted and sectarian behaviour in a recent UEFA match. Wonder when our own football association will take heed and follow this important example, or is that kind of behaviour only not acceptable during European games?

To be honest it's west coast bias as much as anything, when either Celtic or rangers are at home the police collude with sectarian behaviour, for an easy life, no matter which team is visiting ibrox/parkhead.

Similarly the Grampian police are, in our experience, unnecessarily officious

IMHO tayside and Lothian policing is best at recent matches we've attended

It's a decent start. Hopefully they're on the UEFA radar now. As to the Scottish authorities Doncaster came out a few weeks ago saying something about how proud we should all be about the improvements made combating sectarian abuse in Scotland. FFS

Have not posted on here for years, but this makes me so angry - BBC says that "SFA and SPFL refuse to comment". Why the feck do both our national associations refuse the opportunity to condemn bigotry when even fecking THE RANGERS condemned it!!!!!!!

SFA and SPFL are leaderless, gutless and pointless......full of empty soundbites when pushed. Jobs for the boys and yes men.

Indeed, and it’s a great pity UEFA do not impose sanction on the SFA/SPL for failing time after time to deal with these matters

Glad you pointed that out as I never noticed it tucked away at the bottom of the BBC article.

Depressing and beyond belief. Especially when as you say Sevco themselves are condemning it. The perfect chance to say we condemn all sectarianism of any kind at any club.

That Doncaster should never have been appointed, should have been binned years ago and is an incompetent Fud to put it mildly.

The Huns and Tim’s have been, are and always will be a disgrace to Scottish Fitba. Unless the fek off. Nae chance.

Only positive from this is the Huns are being punished and are completely and utterly frothing about it. Pleasing.
