    Yep, tend to agree.

    Take Frecklington for example, missed as many games as he played yet he's regarded as a Miller's legend.

    A decent proportion of millers thought Tom Thorpe was dogger without the lad being given a chance.

    Give him a chance to regain his fitness and then judge him. It’s not as if we’re paying him while he’s injured.

    Generally football is a lottery.

    So that's why I never criticise players for chasing the money.

    I retired at 60, if they're lucky it's 30 to 35 for footballers when they stop earning. Most of them are thick as a brick so can't do much else when they can't kick a ball for a living.
