Thought I'd give it a go before yesterday's game and see what it was like .

Well apart from Conway on the stage meking me choke on mi pint with the usual Super Bowl shyte I have to say it's bloody good .

Admittedly the weather helps , no doubt about it , how this works in the middle of November I don't know as yet but we'll see .

Got a pint of Carling at £3.50 which is a reasonable price given it's football , two bars selling ale and a Gin outlet for the more refined amongst us .

I didn't get any snap but saw folk walking abart wi pizzas on a cardboard plate and they looked alreight , plenty on em .

Plenty of seats and small marquees to get in the shade and the band knocked a good " Sweet Caroline " to send us on us way to the turnstiles all revved up , that lasted all of two minutes but none the less .

Decent effort by the club , impressive even , enjoyed it .

Other than meeting SB and banging our clay pipes on the wall outside the east stand for 15 minutes it was the highlight of the day .
