    A superb and very enlightening interview with Scott Mercer, which is well worth the read folks.

    Yes Jardi that is the third interview by the Queens Chaplain on the Official Site and they have all been excellent - should also be in the match programme imo.

    I think interviews like this allow fans to see that the players are real people with multi-faceted personalities, who might have problems and insecurities like everyone else.

    It may be that some people need to cut them a little slack, - before diving in recklessly and shouting abuse for the odd mis-placed pass or mis-timed tackle.

    Mercer, for me has been a player who has always tried and given his best, so hopefully this article will remove the blinkers from some people.

    Please note those people are not contributors on this board, but are nevertheless very vocal at Palmerston.
