    Saunders sentenced to prison

From what Deano says, 3 pints over a full day has a very bad reaction with medication and asthma inhaler.

He's gone well down in my estimation.

Has some great stories on TalkSport. Don't suppose this will be one of them!!!

To be fair he's been bailed pending appeal against the sentence. If that fails, back he will go. If he stayed incarcerated until appeal is heard, he'd probably have completed his 10 weeks before the appeal was heard, so appeal would be pointless

I'd love to know on what grounds they are appealing, he refused a breath test and blood test so as the law is written he is deemed as drink driving albeit without a figure, how can you appeal that?

Simple if you a well known personality drive £80,000 Audi and can afford one of the countries best lawyers , you can appeal anything Does not matter that the judge describe you as being abusive, arrogant and think your above the law
