Some on this forum including me were very critical of his inability to get us playing well but IIRC nobody called for him to go. Dont know about other forums or Twitter/FB though.
But something has changed and it's not a coincidence that its changed since he started playing 2 up front.
Whether someone at the club had a word in his ear (that's my guess) or he saw the light himself.
Either way the last 3 results and performances show that the team is starting to gel so I'm in favour of offering the extension now. It's merited, plus if he was to be enticed away by an offer from Hearts at some point at least we'd be in line for more cash compensation.

'something has changed' - It's called buying a decent striker, lol! The problem is if he gets crocked we're back up sh1t creek.

Were also more direct, more fluid, better hold up play and creative. So it's not just about Shankland although I agree he's had a big part to play in it.

......must also be noted the improvement of the goalie, the wee 5 a side player and the limeade kid.

Creative 🤔... The only other difference, which is still related to Shankland, is a boost in confidence due to winning a few games.

Our league pts after Jan suggests we aren't up any creek if Shankland was injured and we have strengthened outwith that... However better he is fit, it's always best for a team to have their best players..... Cool story though.

Here's a cool story for you. Just out of interest I wonder what would have happened if your pal Csaba had been given a proven 30 odd a year goalscorer during his reign. Hmm, might even have made him look good...

It's actually a comment about the current manager but maybe you're a little too 'clown shoes' to understand it.
