Thought we were the better team until they brought Bannan on - their only quality player. Shows what difference having a midfield general makes. 4-3-3 not working very well tonight as we struggled to create clear chances and our forwards tended to get in each other's way

Olosunde got kicked a lot with little protection from the ref, and was limping far away from the action when Pigs scored. Let's hope that he is ok. His injury and us not having a specialist left back playing, cost us late in the game as the Fowls exploited the flanks. We couldn't do the same as we've got no wingers!

Iversen played well and kept us in the game towards the end. Vassell had a good first half, and was the sponsors M.o.M , but never really got close to scoring.

We are consistently let down by the final ball in the final 3rd of the field. Wiles does some great things but shows his inexperience at other times but he is only a young lad. I like the look of Lyndsey who seems sharp. creative and gets stuck in. I would be tempted to rest wiles and give lyndsey a run on saturday.

Wiles got worse as the match went on, played very well first half, second half , poor! Three centre forwards will never work! But what do I know!

Two home matches and two defeats,,dominated both these games in the first half but never really created many chances. Don’t think the 3 up front will work ?especially with that trio, Smith in particular looks like a fish out of water, Vassell keeps running in to people and Freddie looks nothing like the player on U tube who scored all those goals on the counter at Plymouth. Quite simply they are getting into each other’s way, and bringing more defenders back to counter us and then hitting us on the break.
I was very disappointed that we did not give 3 5 2 a run tonight ! I thought it was the ideal match to try it out ? and also believe it would best suit the players we have ?

A poor all round performance tonight after I was expecting us to give it a right good go against our neighbours from S6.

Too many players below par for us and my player of the match was Iversen who kept us in the game with some brave saves, and I felt sorry for him conceding so late on. I thought the front three were very poor tonight and didn't seem to know what to do and were continually getting in each others way. Olosunde had a poor game by his standards, but took quite a few knocks which seemed to affect his game. I hope he's o.k. for the weekend.
