Been at the game. In my opinion it was shockingly bad at times. Sometimes superb but sometimes abject sh*te. Basic, simple passes going astray and putting us under unnecessary pressure all the time. Plus of course two, not one, two, totally give away goals that made the second half a nervous nightmare for me and I bet loads more at the game. But we won. Yet i came out of the Reading game feeling more upbeat for some reason.

Still the team in a settling phase, with all the new faces still coming to terms with each other. Basic mistakes should be reduced out of the game come match day. However....after six games played and still unbeaten and having come back from been behind in 5 of those games....I would say...not to shabby at all.....but could always do better...

No balance on the Left Hand side of defence. Bartley and Ferguson don't have a left foot between em. Constantly cutting back inside into danger.

I’ve never been a Bartley fan, particularly his poor positional defending and constant pointing and gesticulating endeavouring to apportion blame elsewhere. He is undoubtedly the weak link and we must therefore await Hegazi’s return. In the meantime we will continue to leak soft goals.
