Ridicule? Hopefully you didn't take my reply as being that.

Life is never easy for Rams fans.

Wasn’t on about you sir 3 in particular. A simple acknowledgement that they shouldn’t have mocked the source would do. His name btw is Hawkins and did valuations in the area for EFL over a year ago. They’ve been at this for longer. Apparently though, I made it all up.

Why would anyone who does valuation have anything to do with it. The charges relate to the accounts period 2015-2018 P/park wasn't even sold till 2019 and the FL can't charge the club over that because they signed it off

Obviously gone over your head mr. I said DCFC were being looked at closely many months ago. the guy who told me this was doing just one part of it. Valuations in the area etc. There is obviously a lot more going off than that stadium sale. I never said I understood it all. But I was told by. You included. I had made it up. I hadn’t as you can see. Asking me to explain it is a waste of breathe. I can’t. But perhaps even you now realise that you aren’t the well run ship being portrayed. Everyone laughed at our deserved transfer ban. Yours could be a lot worse.

Following a review of Derby County’s Profitability and Sustainability (P&S) submissions, the EFL has charged the Club for recording losses in excess of the permitted amounts provided for in EFL Regulations for the three-year period ending 30 June 2018,” said the EFL in a statement.""

The June 2018 accounts reflect the sale of Pride Park. June 2019 ones not yet released.

So wtf are you on about, Mista. One of us has lost the plot and I don't think it's me. Maybe you have been influenced by good old TMDS perspective that accounts only come out every 3 years 😉

Answering personally Tricky...I think my criticisms were confined to your expressions of evident delight on our forum at anything that appeared to be going against our club and I stand by that.

Beyond that I believe I criticised the hypocrisy of you having a repeated ‘pop’ at our owners integrity and personality while choosing to ignore the accusations aimed at your own...and I stand by that too.

As MA has said elsewhere...they’re charges at the moment...nothing more.

P.S. GP, I’ll happily accept that you’ve forgotten more than I’ve ever known about accounts and accounting but doesn’t mista have a point?
How can the June 2018 accounts reflect the sale of Pride Park when it wasn’t ‘sold’ until 2019.
I may be wrong - and quite probably am - but I don’t recall anything going through about the sale until after 1st April 2019.

What I'm trying to say Geoff is the only way we could have gone over the three year limit is if the independent valuation has not been accepted by the FL

That much is true Mista. They must not accept the valuation: which does not entirely surprise me, but I'm not privy to the details.

You are wrong, sorry. The sale was quite properly (timing wise) reflected in 30-06-2018 accounts. It was not made public until the accounts were made public on or around 31-03-2019.

The paper profit thus dragged our 3 year rolling loss back within FFP, whereas it would not have been but for the paper profit.

The paper profit was a direct result of the valuation "paid" by an insider who simply offset a deemed value against amounts already owed to him.

Had the ground been sold to an unconnected party, it's doubtful that the EFL could object. But it wasn't and the attributed value is thus under scrutiny. Its up to MM and DCFC to justify it. Good luck to them

We should have the book thrown at us along with Birmingham, Villa, QPR and Bournemouth as well along with any others caught cheating the system.

It makes my pi** boil when you see Villa flaunting cash in the prem, money that shouldn't even be theres because of the cheating to get it in the first place, and then when you look at them just spunking it up the wall like morons it makes it even worse

Morris has been nothing but an absolute disaster at this club, one play off final to show for all the money thrown at, the cheating the system with the stadium sale etc

Clubs like Bristol City should be facking annoyed by this going on,, Boro on the other hand can fack right off, they spent a fortune just to be back in midtable in this league, so that little w*nker Gibson with his ridiculous hair can trundle off.
