I assume that is with wing backs and a sitting midfielder. Probably just 3-5-2 but likes to be different

Love him or not, PW was a professional footballer for around 15 years, a career which took in numerous promotions with various clubs, and a healthy chunk of his career spent in the Championship. As a player and as a coach he's worked under lots of managers on a daily basis who between them have a wealth of knowledge. Now he is a manager with a promotion under his belt, with his own thoughts and ideas, working with professional players on a daily basis.

Can you explain to me why he plays centre forwards on the wing.Why when he knows that we need certain players he does not acquire them.We need a grealish a Gow in midfield but they would not meet the good guy image,we are a professional football club not a Sunday school team.
