    Yes that's about right. Same as bringing on Mattock hoping he can hit top pace instantly.

    Since he only signed a few days earlier I don't think we can blame warne for this one. The lad was holding his groin at 70 minutes. My mate pointed it out to me. Should have come off there n then though I guess it's players that can play through the pain barrier that we need.

    But we pay experts to make that call. What the player thinks is irrelevant.

    I hope he's back soon though, he's a breath of fresh air in a turgid attack.

    perhaps the high tempo game we like to play means that injuries are more likely - when Stubbs played more of a sitting back game, did we incur fewer injuries?
