Nice day in the fens the day before yesterday. Huge blue sky, sun, remote small puffy clouds stretching from Cambridge to Hunstanton, walking in a remote fen with Molly. Listening is a big part of a walking meditation, listening to the wind, birds, and flora swaying in the wind, while coming back to the breath.

And relax, you never know how on edge you are till you let go, and let everything go. Tune in to the universe, hear it talking to you, or is that god? That little whisper in the back there somewhere. Its always right.
