Nice to see that buying a ticket online with print at home option will no longer attract a transaction charge.
Their reasoning is that the queues at the ticket office on matchday are large, hopefully this change will help.
Can't say I know what the queues are like as I don't see that side of the ground perhaps others can comment.
I do like a hard copy ticket for cup matches but will probably get the print at home option instead now.
