Most would agree we seem to have very little width to our play despite having 2 “wingers” in the lineup.

Most would agree that bashing long, high balls up in the hope Cosgrove can get somewhere near them doesn’t work 99% of the time.

Most agree that the distribution from the back is hopeless.

These are just a few glaringly obvious problems with the team this season which McInnes hasn’t addressed and probably isn’t going to address by the looks of things.
I think anyone who has opened their eyes and noticed how we go about things can agree with all above.

As I said, he also plays 4-4-2 or sometimes 4-4-1, so not always 4-2-3-1.
Im talking about crossing water to find him

That doesn't mean the Kershope Burn either

Any examples that aren’t from real life?

    Ah well.
I would have thought Danny Crowley could have been a shout but see he’s just taken over at Huddersfield.

    Ok, current examples.
For what it’s worth Stephen Robinson at Motherwell is also doing a decent job.

Someone doing a good job right now could be doing a pish job further down the line and visa versa.

There is usually a ****athon when someone suggests a manager and he's having a 'mare further down the line.

When does he play a 4-4-1?

When one of his players is sent off?

    The big problem is mindset.

The manager is safety first & negative. His teams is just a mirror image of that.

They play safe & take the easy option constantly - hence we get nowhere. As I said on the match thread, he finally called them out for it after Killie so for them to go straight back to the same turgid sh1te one game later doesn’t bode well.

His complete lack of ability to play anything other than one formation or change the lineup makes us dreadfully easy for any semi competent manager to set up against - hence the number of draws, losses & goals conceded.

Yet he never changes the setup - ever.

It’s just tiresome and singularly unenjoyable to watch.

Moog Jnr’s boys club football will kick off at 2pm on a Saturday next season. Currently I’m absolutely delighted that I’ll not be taking a season ticket thanks to that fact...

    Meant 4-4-1-1.
Glad you’re straight on the ball.
