    Academy players

Im very happy to see Leko and Field playing so well at Charlton and hope they return as much more confident experienced players pushing for a place

They are good players especially Field who I think could be a really good player for a club like us (mid / lower prem) which lets face it is the best we will be in the foreseeable future, and I am okay with that tbh

I really hope he does fulfil his potential unlike so many of the youngsters that we have developed over the years

Berahino could have been awesome if he had the application, Thorne is he had been luckier with injuries, Izzy Brown moved too early, Sam Mantom looked really good but lost his way since he left

Im very glad to see Chris Wood doing as well as he is as I always rated him

Dont really know how to wrap this up so there u go, just rambling

Rico Richards turns 16 next week BaggieSingh, he definitely looks like one to watch.

Plays on either wing and behind the forward.

Good movement, touch, vision and also strength for a young lad.

He's got goals in him and provides opportunities for others.

A technically proficient and intelligent player.
