    Well maybe they did pick the best and they happened to be women?

    It would also be discrimination, or what some would call "positive discrimination", to mix it all up just for the sake of having both men and women.

    The point here is that there's no reason to fuss over the fact that they were all women. Same if it had been the other way around.
