Nothing is nailed on for any team.
What's your prediction then? Always good for a laugh...shall I put you down for 12?

Ha Ha Wilf reckons we are on par with 90% of the teams in the League man and will finish 9th for some reason.

We are 10/1 to finish 10th and 11/8 to be relegated I know where I would be putting my money

Agent Bruce the Mackem in disguise is doing a great job I don’t think it’s what Ashley had in mind though

However, every team will get a result like that.

If the spuds result was going to be the norm rather than the rare then we shoud of picked up a win today.
No Jammy we shouldn't pick up a win just because it's Brighton. A win has to be earned in the match not before a ball is kicked.
Expectation should be put aside with us. We are not Liverpool or Man City. Few other teams can expect to simply win.

We have hope. We hope to win whether at home or away. Being at home only gives us a better advantage if the players are confident in front of their own fans. We don't appear to be at the moment for possibly, various reasons.

As bad as our performance was we have to give credit to the way Brighton took the game to us.
If most people have us down for relegation then how can most people then expect us to simply just win games against teams that may be also in that predicament?

Bruce has had a dive in the deep end pre season trying to change the mindset of players that were drilled to death under Rafa's cautious approach to games. He can't simply wipe all that aside in 6 games. He's on a hiding to nothing if he does.

Considering what he walked into under a Rafa love in that immediately cast him out as a unwanted addition, I think he's done ok.

The way I see it is, we can literally only get better as time goes on and the season is always going to be a battle in hell against all teams, whether they're top middle or bottom.

I still look forward to every game and I always try my utmost to give out a positive end result when I predict, whether on a forum or with my son or friends.

If Bruce looks to be struggling to get a tune out of the squad/team consistently throughout the season then I'll be the first to want him binned.
However, I literally do not see that. I see a team that clearly wants to play for him but is in the process of being nibbled away at for change to add in the likes of Forward thinking players but keep a balance.
That'll take time but if it works out we'll see some very enjoyable games this season...in my honest opinion.

It just requires that fuse paper to be lit and we'll be more than fine, I think.

As always, you can't measure success against failure. You measure success against success.
