O/T:- Who needs a Prime Minister?

Parliament, the Queen and the Courts are not convinced.

Maybe you should get a written constitution then!

Constantly changing Prime Ministers isn't the answer. If we give Boris and his cabinet time to gel, things will be fine.

Ok he resigns and we start all over again, the Tories go through another round of voting elect another prime minister who will be in the same position has the last 2. No majority and no mandate so the only solution is a general election and hope we get an outright winner.
    Meanwhile time ticks by.

Funnily enough, Tone, I was having similar thoughts about the pillocks who support Bozo.

The correct answer of course is that we do need one, the problem is that the current incumbent is not fit for office. Its like trying to appoint an inexperienced and self opinionated Notts Manager and expecting to instantly climb the leagues....a kind of Fullerton of British politics, but one who sacks or suspends most of his leading players, and instructs his team to ignore or break the rules of football.

Interestingly, the AG strikes me as much more statesmanlike than the current PM, regardless of political opinions.
