I only saw those highlights and updates as I didn't go, but it seems the boys put up a good show.
Even with some of their reserves in, after getting hammered 8-0 at Man City last weekend, Watford could call on plenty of experienced players like Welbeck, Grey, Cleverley, Janmaat, Chalobah and Doucoure.
Cooper thought we were unlucky to lose, and its a pity we couldn't quite match Watford on the night with our reserve players, who had done so well in previous rounds.

It was a dilemma for Cooper. Play the squad players that had got us so far in the competition or put our full first team out, he opted for the former. Still it was a pretty close match and we now have to pick ourselves up and move on to the bread and butter of the Championship and continue our quest to get promotion and play the likes of Watford every week.
