O/T basic food

I love all exotic food and will try anything.
But what about basics.
Things which takes no time but taste excellent.
1. Toast not too hot with butter.
2. Bacon and egg.
3. Tomato olive oil and cheese.
Owt else?

Egg on toast
Tomatoes on toast

Cheese and onion sandwich/rolls

and although they do take a bit longer when you fry your own

Chips + egg + beans
Pie + chips + peas (not expert enough to make my own pies like Crash)

A really good plain apple pie. Bramleys - no spices.

Shepherds pie.

Chips'n'egg...

Sausage,bacon,egg,mashed up tomatoes,toast,fried bread,big mug of tea...that's my all time favourite meal..nowt finer.
Plenty of brown sauce,salt & ground pepper.
