7 down, 29 to go, onto Alloa away Fri night

Another important game as they all are but this one for a couple reasons, it's Fri so a chance to put pressure on the rest for the games on Saturday where one of the fixtures is high flying Ayr v Inverness... The other being there is a fortnight gap until the next league game which isn't until Oct 19th in dumfries (thankfully the last free weekend for many months)

Alloa have not been quite as stuffy opposition this season as before, they have had the odd decent result on the road and probably should have got a point at dens (trouten with a very rare pen miss) and did just get a decent draw at Dunfermline but have not won at home in the league so far, it'll still be the usual difficult away game but one I think we will win (3-1)

Team I wouldn't change given that scoreline Sat even though I'm an Appere fan

    Seigrist
    Watson Brown Reynolds LSmith
    Butcher Harkes
    McMullan Pawlett Sporle
    Shankland

Subs; Deniz, Stanton, Chalmers, Appere, C Smith

    Sat games
    Ayr v Inverness
    Dundee v Arbroath
    Morton v Dunfermline
    Partick v Queens

Oops, add King and maybe Graham who was a sub at weekend

Appere and Cammy Smith both scored for reserves v Motherwell, half time incidentally.

According to Cammy Kerr in the press there are still 30 games to go and the 9 point gap is not a worry.

I would have thought that someone who hits everyone with stats would research everything and see there is another gap from the 16th to the 30th November.

Same team, barring injuries, but from what people are saying, we mostly went through the game v Morton with 3 at the back, why not go with that and see what can be done.

Said before Morton if we won our next 2 we’d win league so sticking with that.

17 wins from remaining 29 games would give us 69 points. Even if we lost the other 12 that’d be enough.

I don’t believe Ayr are capable of matching us (if they had a chance McCall would still be there).

Other ‘challengers’ like Inverness, Dundee and Partick are going to have to win 19-21 games out of 29 whilst hoping we dip to lower than Laszlo levels.

After 3 seasons of it not adding up in our favour, it’s going to happen this time around.

Didn't research, had a quick look, that's not bad though, after this break we have 5 games, then the ban you mention then nothing until Feb at the earliest (only if we go out the Scottish Cup in Jan)
