With things being what they are in England, the home of racism, where the problems are never ending and increasing on and off the pitch, how can you possibly denounce "these Eastern European" countries ? Surely, it would be better for the "Brits" to get their own house in order first before preaching to everyone else ?

How can you not have noticed the great efforts that are being made in this country to further reduce and suppress racism? From our usernames I'd guess we're of similar age, and I'd say that there's a lot less overt racism about now than there was in our formative years. And how do you justify calling England 'the home of racism'? Perhaps you've bought the line that the only reason Brexiteers wanted to leave the EU is that they don't like foreigners/immigrants?

What the **** is all that about. We've had black players here since the 60s and no-one gives a ****. Pedro, Benjy, Chiedozie in the best ever Notts team and we appreciated them all.

The home of racism? You need to get out more!
In 30 years of attending football matches in the uk I’ve never witnessed what happened last night.
Yes we have racism in this country but nothing even close to the antics that seem socially acceptable in stadiums like last night.

The racism at football in this country is usually a few sick individuals shouting abuse not whole sections of a crowd chanting it.
Plus we are dealing with it. FIFA and EUFA are toothless, these countries want banning from international football.

The results of a global YouGov-Cambridge poll found that British people have a more positive attitude towards the benefits of immigration than anyone else in Europe. Only 37 per cent of Brits thought the impact of immigration was negative, compared say with 49 per cent in Sweden. Not bad for the " Home Of Racism"

I thought the comments from their coach claiming he didn't hear anything was disgraceful.
He must be stone deaf, he also claimed nothing like it's ever happened in Bulgaria before, yet the stadium was half closed because of 2 previous racist incidents in games. The bloke is an idiot and in denial.

What a sausage you are. We're continually criticised as a footballing country for things like racism when we're a global leader in tackling the issue which was rife in our game. Time and again we're meant to be the bad guys like your post alludes then you see how much actual racism there is in the rest of Europe and then I realise how good we are with it. Even in Spain, Italy and France, racism is still prevelant in the stadiums and in Italy often in the punditry and commentators, yet we're the enfant terrible of European racism?

    Shut up you twonk.
