A really enjoyable game so far, refs a bit dodgy, some oscars needed for some of the theatricals coming from Torquay.

Brindley will never score another goal like that, must have been 35 yards out, just what we needed.

Torquay continued to threaten throughout but we seem really well organised at the back now with Turner and Rawlinson doing really well.

All in all we are good value for the lead and maybe can consider ourselves unlucky not to be going in a couple of goals up.

Need to keep the tempo up second half because they definitely have goals in them.

Notts need to get a 2nd goal asap as I feel Torquay are going to get a few decent chances 2nd half.....it feels like this is on a knife-edge.

It is Tarkers, however I have to say we have managed to keep them at arms length for much of that first half. They have a couple of very skilful players so can’t give them an inch 2nd half. Still think we have another goal in us as well though. It’s been a really good contest so far.

Solihull have the lead over Bromley which drops us down to 7th but means as it stands we are just 5 off the summit... another goal would take us back to 6th
