    I'd personally keep Carroll as an impact sub, unless injuries dictate differently.

    Think the same as Ghost on this.

    Keep him as a sub and then bring him on as a battering ram when their defence is bit more tired.

    You should be able to use one sub like in ice hockey, just keep swapping one player for the sub as many times as you like during the game.

    Exactly this. Get the ball in to the penalty spot from half way for AC to nod it down for JL or anyone else backing up.
