    We need to be worried.

We need to be worried or should we?
    Spurs want Grealish.
    Liverpool want McGinn.
    Manure want Mings.
Ok we have owners who do not need money but an outlay for Less than 30 million could see a return of say:150 million?
Thats roughly 50 mill each although you prob say more especially if Man Citeh come a sniffing or Jack gets a call up
Should we be worried or request a club hands off statement?
If I was holding the wedge at VP', I would be looking at improved contracts for all 3 with a buy out clause of 100 mill Each!

I can't think of another Scottish player like McGinn. He has the possibility of being up there with the very best. And in that case he needs to be playing with the very best...

So let's just buy the very best and become the very best ourselves!

Money means nothing in football these days. 80m for Harry McGuire, people shocked at 25m for Mings. The first Billion pound player is already playing I believe.

Hope it's Super John! But more likely its Mbappe

2.5 million for SJM....wow, seriously now. How much could he sell for? Our 50 mill buy clause does look a bit cheap now!
I agree Sam, buy the best and build a team around them.

I don't think any would leave right now especially Jack. Something quite special is happening at VP. As I've said before were better than United right now.

Crystal Palace, Bournemouth, Leicester and wolves are better than man ure right now... And one of those has won the league more recently too.

Leicester will finish higher than United this year. They don't have the pull they once had either. John McGinn et al are better off at the Villa

That's true Sam. That's why I don't think any of our players would go to manu.

Money talks, they're all employees - rather special ones granted, everyone has their price. All 3 can become legends but only Jack has the heritage of coming through the ranks, it'd take a lot for him to walk given the backing of our owners & the footballing philosophy of DS.

I’d say that it’s highly unlikely that any of them would leave at Xmas, definitely not Jack anyway. They may well all go in the summer, depending on which league we’ll be in, but for the sake of 4 months I think that they’ll stay.
SJM’s place in the SCotland squad isn’t in jeopardy by staying. Manure ain’t going to qualify for CL this season, so Fergie can use his influence in the summer.
TM will surely not want the distraction of uprooting just 5 months away from the Euro Finals squad announcement. Even that Goon Southgate must realise that TM is an upgrade on Kean, Smalling, Stones et al. Man C could be a threat, but even if the worst were to happen, we’re well stocked at CB. Still think City will wait til summer tho, with Laporte and Stones due back at Xmas.
And then there’s Jack, Captain Jack, who, if he continues his recent form, will earn a call up. I don’t think that he’ll give up his dream of Captaining his Villa for a full season in the Prem.

So for me it is the summer window that will be the dangerous one.
