Correct, and the classic example of the struggling team needing a win coming to Fir Park and getting it was twenty years ago tomorrow - 20/10/1999 - when Aberdeen beat us 6-5 in one of the most ridiculous and embarrassing nights in our clubs history.

Memorable night and only bettered 5th May 2010 when played Hibs and the result 6:6.
These the games one remembers and why we go ... expect the unexpected.
In your case probably returned home miserable and kicked the cat ... please don’t write an autobiography

That is a losers mentality right there.

There was nothing, NOTHING memorable about that game from a Motherwell perspective,. certainly not in a positive sense and the fact that some of our fans look back on that game which was LOST is indicative of the small time mentality that riddles our club.

I don't know about anyone else, but the reason that I 'go' is first and foremost in the hope to see us winning. That game was a disgrace and an absolute debacle for our club. To put it in context, Aberdeen had at the time of that game, amassed one solitary league point and something like three goals with a quarter of the season gone, they were a national laughing stock. We on the other hand were in the middle of our 'big spending' and had high earners like Goram, Spencer, Brannan and Teale out there, yet Aberdeen roll into town that night and are able to not only beat us but put six goals past us. That is absolute nonsense and there was nothing to celebrate about that game from our point of view.

I would have taken a boring 1-0 win over a 5-6 DEFEAT any day of the week.
