I for one am pleased that Joe has extended his contract with us. Look at out spending power, we don't have the big bucks to go shopping
with the big boys.
He fits in with our style of play and it will be good to see him now have to fight for his place on the starting 11 team sheet. Trevor Clarke will push him all the way and Warne will be pleased to see this sit will keep both players on their toes.
Shame Ihiekwe won't put pen to paper. If he's not careful he may well end up the same way as the last four that pushed the club too far. He may well be an up and coming player but, this club won't be held to ransom.
