I do think we've missed Pablo as well, quite often he'd chip in with a goal from outside box which we haven't had.
Agree. He provides that extra impetus when we go forward. And shows a bit of trickery to score out of the blue occasionally.

Why do we think Bamford was took off? Bielsa fed up with him?

Hopefully, I so much want him to succeed, but how much time, and how many points because of it we drop, before enough is enough.

There was a great expected goals v actual goals chart produced a couple of weeks ago most clubs and reasonably close between all and then championship clubs but with Leeds being a massive outlier and having a huge gulf between the two.

Bielsa being a stat nerd is probably relying upon ‘regression to the mean’ so that over a long enough period the gap should close between the two figures and we will have a higher AG meaning we walk the league.

So who knows why Eddie got a half. I would actually like both to play which with the injuries we have at present it makes sense some sense.

The lack of finishing seems to have spread to the other whole squad though as Costa, Dallas and Alioski all failed to convert reasonably good chances.

One day when the statistical gods align with the real world someone is going to get a pasting.

KP’s post match interview was funny when he said maybe he needed to teach Eddie and PB how to shoot.

MB just confirmed its the same team to play Preston that started against Brum..personally I would have rested Bamford and started Nketiah for this one.

I thought he had given up the policy of announcing the team well beforehand?

Not that it really matters anyway beacause, unless Hell Freezes over, then MB's team will be ..............

    Drum Roll

    the same as last week's.

And the week before that etc etc.
