    Can't have this thread without Vinnie Jones...I know he kinda became a parody of himself..he was a dirty player and hard.

    I remember watching a game and thinking, "bloody hell, he can actually pass a ball!"

    Yes I'd definitely put him in there..

    He was a bit more understated as a hard man and could play better than most of them...but he was an enforcer and someone you didn't want to cross.

    From further back they don't come tougher than Jim Iley or Jimmy Scoular. Sherwood will remember both those two.
