I doubt the defeat will have anything to do with the Ref tbh.

Correct, pre-blaming the referee for hypothetical bad decisions is just a cop out and a pre-made excuse.

Not pre-blaming the referee for hypothetical bad decisions, his track record in recent seasons has been diabolical and his award of penalties is a joke. I fully expect us to get gubbed on Sunday but won’t be surprised if referee has a nightmare and contributes in some all be it small part in our defeat.

You could say the same for pretty much any referee in Scottish football, they are all hopeless. Obviously them not being professional doesn't help matters but you will see bad calls in just about every game you watch at all levels. Andrew Dallas may well have a bad game on Sunday and we might well get a dodgy decision given against us, but then again we might get one in our favour, because like I say, he's as bad/no better than the rest of them. It won't be because 'he's pro-Rangers/is a mason/is out to help the establishment team' which is what some are implying here. We got this nonsense on here before the 2015 play off as well. There was no way we would be allowed to win that game because the officials wouldn't allow it, Rangers had to be in the top flight no matter what...and that was proved incorrect as both referees were absolutely fine, Christ we even got a lucky break off that clown Thomson at 0-0 in the second leg when they had a decent penalty shout turned down.

Maybe we could try and help our cause on Sunday by not being so naive as we were the last time we went to Ibrox, where we got both a penalty and a red card against us for Carl McHugh's utter stupidity. If we kept our discipline and don't make rash decisions/challenges in and around our penalty box then we won't pick up any red cards or have penalties given against us.
