Nope, we sold over 1900 before game day with the Utd shop selling right up until kick off that night.. you only had to look at the Shankly that night to know they are talking pish as it was clearly two thirds full (more in it than you ever see in the identical Bobby Cox for any of their games apart from vs us) , they could just be truthful and try and have a go for us having less than 2500 and it would be accurate but no they love a myth
