Not sure if anyone's given a definitive answer to Gunboat's question but if we maintain our current points record of 100% at home & 40% away we'd end up with 76 points (ok 75.6).

Which should be good enough by half a dozen points or so in what is a tight league.

I wouldn't expect us to maintain a 100% home record, brilliant though it would be, but I'd be very disappointed if we didn't improve on 40% away.

Over to you Shedka, do you concur?

To an extent, i feel i have to repeat what i said on Saturday.

Up and at em from the start and lets see where the score ends up! Defeat is unacceptable, draw i could maybe accept, and no fecker on the park should be tired after the lack of effort that has been shown recently!

Dont think it was too bad a game, but by feck do we need some of our players on the pitch to buck up their ideas!

Didnt see what happened to Pawlett, but doesnt look good, but Appere made the difference eventually!

Siegrist, showed he can command his box, then showed he still has a calamity or 2 up his sleeves!
Smith, Love this laddie, but he has a fair bit to learn but solid enough
Butcher, DO NOT REMOVE from defence!
Reynolds, had to put in some effort tonight and came out ok.
Robson, difficult night i feel, but came out on top.
Appere, Puts in a fair shift, great cross for the goal, and should have scored himself, or fed McMullan.
King, Did ok, did not deserve to be hooked as he was the better midfielder at the time.
Harkes, I have never seen a player in Tangerine who let the game pass him by so much!
McMullan, a bit more composure and he would have scored, but did a power of work.
Clark, Need to get a bit more match fitness and be that wee bit sharper and i think will be fine.
Shankland, How much do you want from a striker? Stuck in at both ends and always tries something to get an attack on the go.

Stanton, think he showed what he is capable off and a bit more luck and he scores at the end of his run!
    Watson, got on eventually!

I know we all see things differently sometimes, but really? Seriously? King was absolutely bowfing and I would not be the least bit surprised to see him leave in January ‘by mutual agreement’.

King was unbelievably shyte in afraid

Stanton made a huge difference in there just by being automatically much better than King it also saw Harkes improve and the team overall

We were handicapped playing King as he was hiding and then misplacing passes

Butcher the dee destroyer was immense tonight at cb just as he was at cm on Saturday, what a guy the butch is

Shankland was very good as well, put in a power of work

Liam Smith not so good tonight

Pawlett went down after less than a minute... maybe after turning and something going in his knee?

All relative bud, but i would not be disappointed to see any of the 3 centre mids on show tonight to be shown the door in January!

Stanton for me is the better of the 3, and if he can consistently produce what he did tonight, then he would not be playing for us! But all too often he is injured, too soft and cant pass to save himself!

King, not had enough of a chance to show if he can do something for the team, so im sorry for giving him the benefit of the doubt and allowing him a low standard starting point! Doesnt mean i think he should be a regular though and cant see why he got a contract in the first place!

Harkes, i know people love him, or is it the romantic story he came to the club with? I really cant see it and actually watched his head spin like a top tonight when the ball all too often passed him by!

The Alloa game summed it all up for me. Both Stanton and Harkes were unbelievably poor then King came on and somehow made it all worse! For me,Stanton, Harkes and King are all far too similar players with King being the worst of a bad bunch. Powderpuff, too soft and all wanting too much time on the ball which you are never going to get in a month of Sunday’s in this League. Oh, what we would give for a fit Fraser Fyvie from two years ago right now......

Generally agree neither Stanton or Harkes should play together, ideally. King has yet to impress at all.

Whilst I’d like another Bowman or McInally chances are they’d spend the rest of the season in the stands clearing red cards with modern standards/referees

Appere played well and delivered a peach of a cross for the goal, should start on Saturday

Connelly, bombscare that he is, gives us more options and hopefully he’ll be fit again soon

Not sure where Brown was today?

Nonetheless a very good win tonight :-)

Ps did the referee really give a free kick in our half for our offside!?!?
