If you all want, I can take this board to mind numbingly boring levels, do you want me to do that. ?.
That sounds like a Baggie/Yorkie challenge.

They were unlucky, done over by the ref and the FA from what I've read. What I've read was posted on Facebook by a villa fan. It could be inaccurate.

Don't do that mate, just enjoy the video of an Albion/Barnsley match from a few years back. The great Martyn Bennett's final appearance.

A reminder of just how awful the quality was in those days and the crowds were pitiful.

I was at that match and it was sad to see Bennett’s last game.

A pleasure to be reminded just how s h I t Don Goodman was despite the goals that day.....long may he continue not to remind people he played for us!

An occasional o/t topic is fine but its getting out of hand.
I look often but post rarely (though I've started doing the predictions again).
If it was more football focused it would be more interesting.
Perhaps we need to focus on our own team and comment post match.
I've always liked Prando's posts and responded to them in the past.
Lets start posting more WBA related stuff and comment post match. Lets see how long it lasts :-)
    Bring on Stoke.

I was at that game and I think it was 7 nil and MB hit the crossbar too. I have seen us hit seven past the tykes twice.

Re this board it is no longer an wba forum imo, and hasn't been for a while.

A lot of that is due to a lower number of posters and that Albion topics ( especially historic ) have been done to death BB.

I think I’ve been on here for 14 years now......it feels like longer!

The Jack Russell running on against Everton in 77 and heading the ball back into the net after David Cross scored has been regaled a hundred times.

There’s also many other ways to discuss football etc these days such as on FB.

I reckon there’s probably only circa 30 of us left on here now and with a lot of use being 50+ this will only get worse.

This forum will be dead within ten years max.

I WUZ THERE also. I always stood in the Brummie. I stood near that white stanchion you can see behind the goal on the video. But no matter how much I zoom in i'm just a blur in a sea of faces.
