    Id play Smith but with Glass back in January id be surprised if Smiths not moved on then.... we might see Chalmers start with him being back on bench last night?

    Feck sake. I didn't think his injury was too serious, but you could be right, no surprise when you look at Sow and Pawletts record with injuries the past couple of years, that is the kind of players you normally end up taking gambles on when you are shopping in January windows.

    I'm liking Appere where he was positioned last night. I think it's worthwhile seeing if we can turn him into an aggressive wide midfield-attacking player.

    If you can get a guy with his physical attributes to play that position then that is a great weapon to have should we get promoted.

    Appere is far from the finished article, he has a lot to learn, but I reckon he is of the right character to take on the challenge and could well turn out to be a great player for United.

    I dont know, I always just feel a wee bit more confident when he's in the starting 11.
