For me technology should just be used to see if the ball has crossed the line , i.e. goal or no goal. Apparently VAR made the decision on the none penalty for Man City by interpretation of playing the ball (or not) with the hand. Surely that’s the referees call not that of a computer?
On the other hand that disallowed goal for Sheffield Utd was disgraceful.
